LeFlore arrested at Gibraltar show

Former Detroit Tigers outfielder Ron LeFlore was arrested May 5 while signing autographs at a collectibles show in Michigan for failure to pay at least $48,000 in child support. LeFlore was arrested at Gibraltar Trade Center in Mount Clemens. He was arraigned two days later in Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit on the felony count.

Judge Meghan Brennan ordered LeFlore to pay $12,000 to the mother of his daughter or spend 45 days in jail, and he was held following the hearing. According to the Associated Press, LeFlore told the judge that he was in the process of filing for disability with a job with the city of Clearwater.
